Torbay is the semicircular large bay located on Devon’s south coast. Well known and world renowned for its breathtaking, extended beaches, red cliffs, and extremely clear waters. The steep hills make for an excellent warmer climate than the rest of the country.
Once in Torbay your primary goal is going to involve heading over to one of the two tourist information centers. They are located in Torquay. One is on Paington’s Esplanade and the other is at the Old Market House in Brixham. Hotel accommodations are plentiful in Torquay, Paignton, and Brixham along the Devon coastline. Torbay, in the summertime, is packed with an overflow of sunbathers from the filled to vacancy self-serve cottages in Torquay. The top luxury hotels are available, but there is not a very wide selection. The novelist Agatha Christie prefers to stay at the Barceló Torquay Imperial Hotel or the Grand Hotel

There are not many downsides in visiting Torbay; the chief concern from the locals is why the council did not try to cater to visitors seeking more of a luxurious vacation spot? Upscale shops and boutiques are absent in Torbay. Therefore, in a way, it is fortunate knowing the gifts bought in Torbay will not be overpriced.
