The GoBananas booking process is designed to help you plan a party easily. For most group planners arranging the numbers and getting agreement is the real mountain to climb. Find out how it works with us and how we help.

The process is three phase:

• Enquiry
• Deposit 
• Final Payment

• Enquiry

• When you post your first enquiry with us, we then check for available times or accommodation that matches your budget and expected numbers and confirm prices per person and the locations on the map. At this stage we only need rough numbers as we anticipate that they will change over the course of the next few weeks. 
• To hold the bookings for you, we need a deposit from you of £69 which goes towards your final balance. After receiving a deposit we hold all bookings with our activity and accommodation partners and wait for confirmed numbers to come through. 
• Please the deposit is non-refundable unless we are unable to match your requirements at this stage.

• Deposit

• The deposit is paid through the secure gateway online.

• Final Payment

• The final payment can be made by one or more partygoers
