Challenging 900m Assault Course North Yorkshire

The Assault course is 900metres in length and consists of 20 obstacles 10 minor balance dexterity obstacles and 10 major obstacles such as the climbing wall Queen Mary rope swing the illusion jump etc. The session consists of a warm up period followed by an induction lap where the correct method of climbing launching and landing are explained and demonstrated The group will be set off round the assault course in teams as a competition on a pointsystem the time it takes to get round is not taken into consideration. The assault course is run as a team building emergency problem solving task not as a race so any physical ability can achieve this course. After the assault course is finished a hot de-brief is conducted followed by warm down stretch off session. A 500-metre section of this course is used for the Krypton Factor Assault shown on ITV.
