Dundee Hen Assault Courses

Fitness, fun and fighting spirit - assault courses are all these and more! A thoroughbred group activity that can burn off the excesses of a booze binge session of the night before, assault courses are tailored to put to test your readiness as a team to tackle the challenges. There are many challenges of diverse difficulty levels including rope climbing, scrambling up the walls or crawling.
You will be provided with all the safety equipments and our hunky instructors would guide you through the course. Being a time trial competitive event, you would be required to be fit to come out winners in this endurance event that is used in the military.
