You can watch a professional chocolate making demonstration on how to make a selection of delicious chocolates beginning with making the fillings to the art of tempering and dipping chocolate.

You get a chance in hen party to taste, shape, dip and decorate 30 - 40 chocolates using the skills you will be taught.
