Even though there are many hotels and b & b’s (bed and breakfasts) in the Newcastle and Gateshead area none are as cheap or budget friendly. The rooms are clean spacious and the staff are dedicated and very friendly there is also a no curfew no lockout rule which is great for those late nights.
A BOND is required to be paid when you arrive in cash they do not have the facility for a card payment - this will be returned when you leave as long as no damage has been caused.
On arrival one member of the group must act as group leader and present a valid form of photo ID such as driver’s license or passport. This person will have to sign a code of conduct on behalf of the group leaving credit/debit card details as security - should there be any damage caused by the group or breaches in the code of conduct. Individuals within the group must pay a £5 cash key deposit upon check-in and a £20 cash bond both of which are refunded upon checkout provided that the key is returned and there have been no breaches of the Code of Conduct.
