Gather your friends together and take a class on the art of chocolate making.
A 90 minute session will teach you the history of chocolate and teach you the tricks of the trade. Under the guidance of the chocolatier you will follow the production process and learn how to mix pipe cut shape coat and finally package your very own chocolate truffle. You will make between 15 - 20 truffles which you can take home with you to show off.
